Within the past few months an alarming number of hospitalizations and deaths have been reported as a result of the use of electronic cigarettes (vaping). The hospitalizations and deaths are all reportedly linked to various types of lung damage. However, it is still unclear as to why and how exactly electronic cigarettes are causing these health issues.

The health concerns have prompted numerous law makers across the country to work towards restricting and even banning the use of electronic cigarettes. Additionally, numerous lawsuits have been filed across the country regarding the health issues being suffered by consumers.
