We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Corporate/Transactional Associate in our New York office. 

The preferred candidate should have a minimum of two to four years of related experience in purchase and sale transactions. Real Estate transactional experience would be a plus. A qualified applicant should be comfortable with significant client contact and with running a transaction from inception to closing with partner oversight and assistance.
