Gerard C. Morici, Esq.

has been made Partner

Gerard works in both our Manhattan and Garden City offices. He is a member of the firm’s General Business/Corporate Groups, and the firm’s Litigation Group, representing corporate and individual clients in general liability, personal injury, and related matters, including construction incidents and insurance defense litigation.

Gerard assists and advises clients with their business and corporate needs and ventures, including business formation, planning, and development, contract preparation and negotiation, mergers and leveraged buyouts, and corporate shareholder and operating agreements.

Gerard completed his undergraduate education at Duke University and received his Juris Doctor at Fordham University School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in New York in 2004 and to the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in 2010.
