Richard Cordero, Esq. Joins the Firm as an Associate Attorney

Richard Cordero, Esq.

has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Richard works in our Manhattan office and represents corporate and individual clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties throughout New York.

Richard joins the firm after working in-house for a New York City based real estate developer, concentrating primarily on commercial real estate matters and landlord tenant issues.

Richard advises clients with regard to their business and corporate needs, including drafting and negotiating corporate organizational and transnational documents. He also reviews documents and negotiates agreements for construction and development projects in connection with real estate and business ventures.

Richard received his Juris Doctor at St. John’s University School of Law in 2018 and was admitted to the Bar in New York in 2019.
