Christine Falco, Esq., Partner

Christine works in our Manhattan office and represents corporate and individual clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties throughout New York.

Christine advises clients with regard to their business and corporate needs, including drafting and negotiating corporate organizational and transactional documents.

Christine also reviews documents and negotiates agreements for construction and development projects in connection with real estate and business ventures.

Christine received her Juris Doctor at St. John’s University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in New York in 2011.
